This Privacy Policy explains how Aivior LLP collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use GritView, create an account, submit a listing, purchase a Pro Listing, submit a Founder Story, contact us, or otherwise interact with the platform.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide, including name, email, phone number where provided, account details, business/startup name, category, location, founded date, website, LinkedIn/social links, founder and team information, descriptions, images, videos, awards, certifications, funding and revenue information, Founder Stories, reviews, and other information you choose to submit.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. GritView does not ordinarily store complete card numbers or complete payment credentials.

We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, pages visited, referring pages, cookies, and usage information for security, analytics, performance, and functionality.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts and listings; publish business information selected for public display; operate search and discovery; process Pro purchases and renewals; provide support; publish and promote Founder Stories where permission is provided; moderate content; maintain security; prevent fraud and abuse; analyse and improve the platform; communicate service information; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Publicly Displayed Information

Information submitted as part of a public listing may be visible to visitors, search engines, and third parties.

This may include business name, logo, description, category, location, website, social links, founder information, images, videos, awards, and other listing information.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information that you do not want publicly displayed.

5. Founder Stories and Images

Founder Stories and associated photographs or other materials submitted for publication may be publicly displayed and promoted on GritView and its official social media and marketing channels in accordance with the permission provided during submission.

6. Cookies and Analytics

GritView may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, improve functionality, understand usage, measure performance, and maintain security.

Third-party analytics services may process technical and usage information under their own policies.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use providers for hosting, payment processing, email, analytics, security, forms, media, and other operational services.

Payment processing may be provided by Razorpay or another payment provider made available by GritView. Third-party providers may process information under their own policies.

We may share information with service providers, contractors, professional advisers, payment providers, hosting/security providers, analytics providers, and authorities where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the platform.

We do not sell personal information as a standalone data product. Public business listing information is intentionally published as part of GritView’s directory service.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the platform.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information and may have rights concerning consent or marketing communications.

12. International Users and Transfers

GritView serves an international audience. Information may be processed or stored in India and other countries where service providers operate.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate steps will be taken for lawful international data transfers.

13. Children’s Privacy

GritView is intended for businesses, founders, professionals, and general audiences and is not directed at children.

We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information where prohibited by applicable law.
