1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of GritView, a startup discovery and directory platform operated by Aivior LLP.
By accessing GritView, creating an account, submitting a listing, purchasing a Pro / Featured Listing, submitting a Founder Story, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. About GritView
GritView provides a platform for startups and businesses, particularly women-led startups and businesses, to create listings and be discovered by visitors.
GritView is a discovery and promotional platform. A listing does not guarantee customers, sales, leads, investment, funding, partnerships, employment, or other commercial results.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate information and must have the legal capacity to use the service. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity carried out through your account.
GritView must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
4. Free Listings
Basic listings may be submitted without a listing fee, subject to the features and limits displayed on the website.
GritView may review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings that do not comply with these Terms or its listing standards.
5. Pro / Featured Listings
GritView may offer a Pro / Featured Listing at ₹999 per year for India and USD $10 per year for international users, or another price displayed at checkout.
A Pro Listing includes the additional features displayed on the website and higher placement in search results/search appearances than Free listings. Features may be updated from time to time.
6. Payments, Renewal and Cancellation
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or other third-party payment providers made available by GritView. GritView does not ordinarily store complete card details.
Pro subscriptions may automatically renew annually when automatic renewal is enabled. Users may cancel automatic renewal at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not by itself create a refund for the current period. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Listing Content and Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to GritView is accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for logos, photographs, videos, links, testimonials, documents, and other materials you submit.
8. Moderation, Rejection and Removal
GritView may review, approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove listings and content that it reasonably considers inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, spam-like, or inconsistent with GritView’s purpose or standards.
9. Founder Stories and Submitted Content
By submitting a Founder Story, photographs, videos, or other materials for publication, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and grant Aivior LLP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, format, publish, display, distribute, and promote that content on GritView and its official social media, marketing, and promotional channels.
GritView may edit submissions for length, clarity, grammar, formatting, or editorial consistency. Submission does not guarantee publication.
10. Reviews
Reviews must be genuine and relevant. Users must not submit fake reviews, impersonate others, manipulate ratings, or post unlawful, abusive, or defamatory material.
GritView may moderate, hide, edit for formatting, or remove reviews that violate these Terms.
11. Intellectual Property
GritView’s original content, design, branding, software, graphics, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Aivior LLP.
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the licence granted under these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit GritView content without permission, except as permitted by law.
12. External Links
Listings may contain links to third-party websites, social media profiles, videos, and services.
GritView does not control or endorse third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, products, services, or transactions.
13. No Guarantee of Results
GritView provides discovery and visibility opportunities but does not guarantee a particular number of views, clicks, leads, customers, investors, funding opportunities, sales, partnerships, or other results.
Users should independently evaluate businesses and information displayed on GritView.
14. Prohibited Uses
You must not submit fraudulent or misleading information, infringe rights, distribute malware or spam, manipulate reviews or search results, scrape the platform without permission, impersonate another person or business, or violate applicable law.
15. Suspension and Termination
Aivior LLP may suspend or terminate accounts or listings where these Terms are violated, where required by law, or where necessary to protect GritView, its users, or third parties.
Provisions that should naturally continue will survive termination.
16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
GritView is provided on an ‘as available’ basis. We aim to maintain an accurate, secure, and available service but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aivior LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of GritView or reliance on information on the platform.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Aivior LLP in Andhra Pradesh, India, will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
