1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid Pro / Featured Listings purchased on GritView, operated by Aivior LLP.
Basic listings are free and therefore have no listing fee to refund.
2. Pro / Featured Listing
The Pro / Featured Listing is currently offered at ₹999 per year for India and USD $10 per year for international users, subject to the price displayed at checkout.
The Pro Listing includes the additional features and higher search placement described on the GritView website.
3. Automatic Renewal
Pro subscriptions may automatically renew annually when automatic renewal is enabled. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current subscription period.
4. Refund Requests
Users may request a refund at any time during the active Pro subscription period.
Refund requests should be sent to hello@aivior.com from the email associated with the account or listing and should include sufficient purchase details.
Refund requests are subject to review and approval by Aivior LLP.
5. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 7 working days. The time for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
When a refund is approved, the associated Pro / Featured Listing and Pro benefits may be cancelled or reverted to the Free Listing.
6. Technical or Service Issues
If a paid Pro service is not delivered due to a technical or service failure attributable to GritView, please contact us promptly.
We may provide a correction, extension, or refund depending on the circumstances.
7. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment provider.
Payment-provider processing times, bank/card rules, currency conversion, and international transaction charges may affect the timing or amount of a refund.
8. Currency and Exchange Rates
International payments may be displayed or processed in USD or another supported currency.
Exchange rates and bank or card issuer fees may affect the amount charged or received and may be outside GritView’s control.
9. Free Listings
Free listings have no subscription fee and therefore are not eligible for a monetary refund.
They remain subject to GritView’s Terms & Conditions.
